Welcome to Rookie MBA Library (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://rookiemba.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products or services offered through the Site.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Rookie MBA Library

Rookie MBA Library is an online store offering:

  • Print-on-demand books sold via links to third-party marketplaces (including Amazon)
  • Print-on-demand merchandise fulfilled by third-party vendors
  • Self-fulfilled books and merchandise shipped directly by us

Product fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service responsibilities may vary depending on the product purchased.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

3. Products and Fulfillment

3.1 Third-Party Fulfilled Products

Some products listed on our Site are fulfilled by third parties, including:

  • Books sold via Amazon links: When you click a product link that redirects you to Amazon or another third-party platform, your purchase is governed by that platform’s terms, policies, and fulfillment practices. We do not control or process those transactions.
  • Print-on-demand merchandise: These items are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand providers.

For third-party fulfilled products, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Lost or damaged packages
  • Returns or refunds (unless otherwise stated below)

Any issues must be addressed directly with the applicable third-party provider, subject to their terms.

3.2 Self-Fulfilled Products

Some books and merchandise are fulfilled directly by Rookie MBA Library. For these products, we are responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and applicable customer support as described in these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Payment processing for orders placed directly on our Site is handled through secure third-party payment processors supported by WooCommerce. We do not store your full payment information.

5. Shipping

5.1 Third-Party Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and methods for third-party fulfilled products are determined by the respective vendor or marketplace. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5.2 Self-Fulfilled Shipping

For self-fulfilled products, shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to demand, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

6.1 General Policy

Rookie MBA Library sells a combination of print-on-demand products, self-fulfilled books and merchandise, and products listed via third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.

All return and refund requests for purchases made directly through rookiemba.com must be initiated by contacting Rookie MBA Library directly at hello@rookiemba.com. Customers must not return items to manufacturers, printers, fulfillment partners, or vendors unless explicitly instructed to do so by us in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment, except where required by applicable law.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be denied at our sole discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

6.2 Purchases Made Through Third-Party Marketplaces (Amazon)

Some products on our Site link to third-party platforms such as Amazon or other marketplaces. Purchases completed on these platforms are not processed or fulfilled by Rookie MBA Library.

  • Returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer service for these purchases are governed exclusively by the third party’s policies
  • Customers must contact the applicable third party (e.g., Amazon) directly for assistance

Rookie MBA Library is not responsible for refunds, returns, shipping, fulfillment, or customer service for products purchased through third-party marketplaces.

6.3 Purchases Made Directly Through Rookie MBA Library

(a) Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are custom-made for each order and are therefore generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item contains a manufacturing defect
  • The incorrect item was received due to our or our fulfillment partner’s error

If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Customers must not return print-on-demand items directly to the manufacturer or print provider. If a return or replacement is approved, return instructions will be provided by Rookie MBA Library.

Approved claims may result in store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.

(b) Self-Fulfilled Products

Books and merchandise fulfilled directly by Rookie MBA Library may be eligible for return for store credit if:

  • The item is unused, unread, and in original condition
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or handling beyond inspection may be denied or issued partial store credit at our discretion, except where prohibited by law.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law:

  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Print-on-demand items that are not defective or damaged

6.5 Store Credit Terms

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only
  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Once a return is approved and processed, store credit will be issued and confirmed via email.

6.6 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Return instructions will be provided only after approval

6.7 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, store credit will be issued, which may be used toward a new purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital materials, is the property of Rookie MBA Library or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Educational and Informational Disclaimer

Books and materials sold or promoted by Rookie MBA Library are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or success from applying any information contained in our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rookie MBA Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Products purchased through third-party links
  • Delays, errors, or interruptions in service

Our total liability for any claim related to self-fulfilled products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
